Went to watch a gig and the bar closed @ 10:30pm, band still playing and no drink?? This is stated as a nightclub?? Really!!

The two women selling tickets on the door for the Elrow after party event were so unprofessional and rude. The security had told us on the way in that tickets were £15 but the ladies on the door said they were £20. The security had told us on the way in that tickets were £15 but the ladies on the door said they were £20. I politely told them that the security needed to be correctly informed as we would have taken out the correct amount of cash. Following this, the ladies started being extremely rude, and patronising, calling me a "bitch" under her breath and then they kept talking ...about me as I walked off. All of this is absolutely unnecessary and really ruined my night. I was being extremely polite and fair, giving my honest opinion that the security were ill-informed and we had waited 40 minutes and didn't have enough cash. I expect more from the students union than this poor service. Please give your staff some hospitality training as they are giving the students union a terrible reputation
